The Engage Stage

Use call to actions and lead magnets to gain contact information on your potential prospects. Use email especially on your customer’s buyers’ journey. Send them information and prices directly to make it seem more personal for your audience.
The Delight Stage
The delight stage is the last important step in your inbound marketing strategy. This stage represents your connection with your customers to keep them updated, informed, and ultimately happy. Reach out individually to customers through email or social media messaging, Make your customers feel like you know who they are and why they bought your product or service. Make them feel personally connected to the company.
